I give and bequeath to the METROPOLITAN OPERA ASSOCIATION, INC., a New York not-for-profit corporation whose address is 30 Lincoln Center, New York, New York 10023, the sum of $___ [or ___% of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate] to support the dissemination of Metropolitan Opera productions to the public through national and/or international radio and internet transmission or through any other technological means that is now or may be developed at any time in the future that will serve similar purposes.

Your lawyer may ask you for some essential tax information about the Metropolitan Opera. The Met’s full legal name is the “Metropolitan Opera Association, Inc.” although “The Metropolitan Opera” is also registered with the State of New York and may be used in legal documents.
