Order Forms
Renewals
If you are renewing a subscription, please select renew now or use the renewal form you received with your subscription package mailing to renew, modify, or purchase additional subscriptions.
Acknowledgements
Upon receipt of your subscription order by mail, phone, or fax, you will receive an acknowledgement by mail. Upon receipt of your online subscription, you will receive an acknowledgement by e-mail.
Handling Charges
There is a $35 fee for subscription orders. The $15 handling charge for single ticket purchases will be waived if you order your single tickets within 24 hours of purchasing or renewing your Season Subscription online.
Facility fee
A facility fee of $2.50 per ticket will be added for all non-Gala performances for the ongoing maintenance of the Opera House.

Premium seats
Orchestra rows A through T, seats 1–4 and center aisle plus adjacent seat; Center Parterre seats 1–3; Grand Tier rows A & B, seats 1–8 and 101–122; Dress Circle rows A & B, seats 1–8 and 101–124; Balcony rows A & B, seats 1–8 and 101–122.
Box seats
Box seats in the Side Parterre, Grand Tier, Dress Circle, Balcony, and Family Circle may be partial view.
Super Subscriber Rewards program
As a thank-you to our most dedicated audience members, when you purchase 20 or more performances as a Subscriber or Patron prior to May 1, we will send you a $100 Gift Card usable for tickets, merchandise, or membership in the upcoming season.
Tickets must be purchased for 20 distinct performances for the 2010-11 season. All orders must be placed prior to May 1, 2010. $100 Met Gift Cards will be mailed in July and cannot be used prior to receipt. Limit one card per household.
Ticket payments and mailing
Season Subscription tickets and single tickets will be sent to you in separate envelopes. Tickets will be printed and mailed once your order has been seated and full payment has been received.
Full payment must be made with order unless enrolling in the payment plan. Checks will be deposited and credit card payments processed upon receipt of your order for the value of your first subscription choice. New subscription orders are filled after fulfillment of current subscriber orders and are subject to availability. We will adjust the payment if your order is fulfilled by one of your alternate choices at a different price. If we are unable to fill your order, we will contact you about alternate choices. If still unable to accommodate you, we will issue a refund. All refunds will be made by the same method used for payment, either check or credit card. You will be charged for any contributions upon receipt of your order. Thank you!
Please note that the name in which the subscription appears identifies the Subscriber of Record entitled to the subscription. Metropolitan Opera subscriptions are non-transferable and may not be renewed in the name of anyone but the Subscriber of Record. Unless the Subscriber of Record continues the subscription in his/her name(s), the subscription becomes available to other Met customers.
Payment Plan
If you choose the payment plan, your credit card will be charged in equal monthly installments through July 2010. The monthly payment amount will be based on your subscription order date. The first payment will be charged upon receipt of your order. Subsequent payments will be charged on the 1st of every month through July 1, 2010. Subscribers renewing with changes to their seat(s) and/or series, please call 212-362-6000 to enroll in the payment plan. Payment plan applies only to subscription orders, and does not apply to Gala tickets, additional single tickets, or contributions. Contributions will be charged upon receipt. Payment schedule is as follows:
