Thursday, April 1
Independent arrivals at the PARK LANE HOTEL on Central Park South. Welcome reception and dinner at the hotel.

Mozart’s DIE ZAUBERFLÖTE (Metropolitan Opera - 8:00 PM). The cast: Julia Kleiter, Albina Shagimuratova, Matthew Polenzani, Nathan Gunn, David Pittsinger, Hans-Peter König. Adam Fischer conducts. Production and costumes by Julie Taymor, sets by George Tsypin, puppet designs by Julie Taymor and Michael Curry, choreography by Mark Dendy.

Friday, April 2
Morning at leisure.

Lunch today at the world famous and fashionable LE CIRQUE restaurant. Jacket and tie required. Afternoon at leisure.

Thomas’ HAMLET (Metropolitan Opera - 8:00 PM). New Production. The cast: Natalie Dessay, Jennifer Larmore, Toby Spence, Simon Keenlyside, James Morris. Louis Langrée conducts. New production by Patrice Caurier and Moshe Leiser, sets by Christian Fenouillat, costumes by Agostino Cavalca.

Saturday, April 3
Morning at leisure.

Verdi’s AIDA (Metropolitan Opera - 1:00 PM). The cast: Hasmik Papian, Dolora Zajick, Salvatore Licitira, Carlo Guelfi, Carlo Colombara, Stefan Kocán. Paolo Carignani conducts. Production by Sonja Frisell, sets by Gianni Quaranta, costumes by Dada Saligeri, choreography by Alexei Ratmansky.

Dinner this evening under the glittering Austrian chandeliers at the GRAND TIER in the Metropolitan Opera House.

Verdi’s LA TRAVIATA (Metropolitan Opera - 8:00 PM). The cast: Angela Gheorghiu, James Valenti, Thomas Hampson. Leonard Slatkin conducts. Production and sets by Franco Zeffirelli, costumes by Raimonda Gaetani, choreography by Maria Benitez.

Sunday, April 4
