If you are a member of the Metropolitan Opera Guild or are a Met Patron, you can Log In at this site with your Member Number as your username and Your last name (as it appears on your account as your Password.

You will then be prompted to choose a new Username and Password that is easier for you to remember.

You can find your account number in several places:

• on your Membership card if you're a Guild Member
• on your Met Gift Collection Catalogue in a blue box in the mailing panel
• on certain mailings from us, such as renewal notices, etc.

When you log in using your account number, be sure to use only the numbers that make up your account number.

You account number does not include:

• the letters A or B preceding your account number on your gift catalogue
• the numbers 01 preceding your account number on your direct subscriber copies of OPERA NEWS
• any extra zeros preceding your account number. Your account number never starts with a zero.

Both Guild Members and Met Patrons can also request their account numbers via e-mail. Send your request to guild@mail.metopera.org. Please allow 24 hours for a response.
